Exam Management Teacher Guide
The Exam Management System under the Assessment and Assessment section assists the examination staff and faculty to set up a blueprint, manage fixed questions, subject rules and organize the follow-up of formal exams, and conduct a student aptitude assessment survey at the branch.
8.1. Managing Exam Templates and Blueprints
The algorithm allows for the creation of a sample test framework based on the question bank, setting time limits, number of times the task is done and the required score.
- Broadscrumb: Overview > Exam Management > Template and Blueprint.
- Overview statistics: Displays the number of available subject samples (e.g. 12 subject samples).
- Filter & Search: Search O Search by code, name or description... and the [Return] button data.
- The button for the operation: [+ Create a Subject] (orange) to initiate the new test subject structure.

8.2. Managing Exams and Reports
This tab manages the practical examination sessions applicable to each class and specific subject, tracks the opening/closing times of the examination and composes the results.
- Breadcrumb: General > Exam Management > Exams and reports.
- Overview statistics: Displays the total number of examinations (e.g. 12 examinations).
- Search filter: Follow the dropdown Classroom, Classroom Lessons and search bar Search by exam name, subject or subject sample....
- The button for the operation: [+ Create a Test] (orange) to open the new test for the class.

8.3. Actions and Advanced Features
- Eye icon (👁️): See the details of exam configuration/template or follow the list of candidates.
- Chart/Report icon (📊): View the exam result report and each student's detailed score breakdown.
- Trash Box icon (️): Remove exams that are no longer in use.
